Dr. Hobbs is on the panel of many HMO insurance plans and can accept many PPO plans as well. For many insurance plans, claims are generated and submitted by Dr. Hobbs. Some plans require the patient to submit paperwork, which will be provided at the time of client payment. Clients are responsible for determining whether the insurance will cover their services and for copay fees at what rate. All insurances require “medical necessity” for services to be reimbursed. The requirement of medical necessity stipulates that the client has a psychiatric disorder requiring treatment. Without a diagnosis, services are not reimbursable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed sessions are non-refundable and not reimbursable.
